Water Control Systems


This project delivered an Industry 4.0 demonstration system for fast water delivery, using artificial intelligence, deep learning, and audiovisual recognition to enable intelligent, safe, and autonomous control.

The system used cameras for operator and container detection, natural language for spoken commands, and AI for valve control and predictive maintenance and AI control adjustments. Visual feedback replaced physical sensors to lower costs while keeping accurate monitoring.

It featured real-time machine status visualization, operator safety checks, and automatic disabling in unsafe conditions, demonstrating a low-cost, scalable solution suitable for average industrial environments.
