This project involved full site project management and commissioning of a large 62MW multimedia generator system—combining steam, thermal oil, and hot gas—at an MDF manufacturing plant.
Key responsibilities included managing on-site works, coordinating activities between the client and multiple suppliers, and overseeing both cold and hot commissioning of all machinery and the integrated system.
The role also covered commissioning the phases of system drying and fine-tuning of control logic and PID parameters to ensure optimal thermal efficiency, process stability, and reliable operation during production.
