This project involved full site project management and commissioning of a 23MWh Hot Water Generator installation at one of Ansell’s manufacturing facility in Thailand..
Key responsibilities included powering up and commissioning field instrumentation, debugging PLC and SCADA systems, and designing control logic to seamlessly interface with the factory’s existing infrastructure.
A master/slave capacity control system was developed to enable coordinated operation between existing boilers, ensuring balanced load sharing and efficient performance, removing the reliance on manual communications and control adjustments between operational teams.
