This machine learning model was created to predict what the harvest quantity (TCH – Total Cane per Hectare) and sugar extraction quantity (KAT) when a chemical analysis is done on the leaves of the young plants when they are about 50% through their growth period.
By using six years of data, we were able to accurately train a model to be able to predict per farm the quality and quanity to be expected at the end of the harvest season.
