Control Systems Design

This project involved the complete PLC control system design for a 9.9MW electrical power plant located in Thailand.

The scope included designing all aspects of the control architecture from the ground up—covering safety systems, individual equipment control, PID tuning, and automation logic for process regulation. It also required establishing intercommunication protocols with multiple third-party supplier systems and integrating various plant subsystems into a cohesive control framework.

Extensive documentation, simulation, and on-site validation were carried out to ensure performance, safety, and maintainability, with particular focus on modularity and future scalability of the system.
