This project involved creating an overlay control system using 4G technology, merging advanced information technology (IT) for infrastructure and data management with operational technology (OT) for visualization and alerting.
Deployed at a large factory site, it enabled secure IT/OT integration without new cabling or complex asset setups, streamlining deployment across the facility, allowing both computer and mobile monitoring.
The solution also established a foundation for future AI systems, supporting predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and potential computer vision capabilities with camera integration.
