If you love creating your own Custom GPTs for specific tasks with your own knowledge sets, GPT-5 has now broken this feature.
- Uploading files only produces errors.
- Using the “Create” feature to write or update informational prompts either throws errors or acts like a normal chat, it never seems to update your custom GPT’s instructions.
Very disappointed there’s no option to continue with GPT-4 models while they fix the problems.
This is a perfect example of how NOT to launch AI projects to clients.
